Our sommelier, Marcello Cancelli, and Executive Chef Chad Shaner invite you to explore a different wine region over dinner at 14 Prime. Chef Chad creates a menu inspired by the featured region, and Marcello then selects a wine to pair with each dish. Together, they’ll show you what happens when the right dish meets the right glass.
