Whether you’re gathering in our Private Dining Room, reserving the Chef’s Kitchen, or planning a full buyout, we approach it the same way we approach every night here: with precision, care, and a deep respect for the experience.

Below are the details for each private dining experience, along with our booking, deposit, and cancellation policies. They help us plan ahead so your event runs seamlessly and reflects the level of hospitality you expect when hosting at 14 Prime.

Private Dining Room

We have a beautiful private dining room that seats up to 10 guests. The room can be left open or the glass doors can be shut to minimize noise. We also have floor to ceiling curtains if you prefer complete privacy. 

Private Luncheon

We will open up the entire restaurant just for you!

Ideal for corporate gatherings and daytime events, private lunch bookings require a 14-day advance notice.

  • A $2,500 private event fee applies, along with a food and beverage minimum.
  • All luncheon events can start as early as 11AM and must conclude by 2:00 PM and are available Monday through Friday only.
  • Audio-visual capabilities and whiteboards can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Private Chef’s Kitchen

Looking for a truly unique space? We can block off the entire Chef’s Kitchen area for up to 22 guests.

We have 12 bar stools and (2) booths that seat up to 5 people each for a seated dinner with plenty of space to stand and mingle in the room as you watch the kitchen in action. 

Private Buyout

Planning something larger? We offer both full and partial restaurant buyouts for guests seeking a more exclusive experience. Share the details of your event with our team, and we’ll help determine the best option to fit your budget and needs.

Booking Policies

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review the following policies before booking a large party or private event at 14 Prime.

Dining Window

A 2.5-hour maximum dining time applies to Private Dining Room, Chef’s Kitchen, and Luncheon events unless otherwise confirmed in advance.


 

Day-Of Guest Count Confirmation

For larger parties and private events, our host team will reach out on the day of the reservation to confirm final guest counts and accommodate any last-minute adjustments when possible.

Corkage Fee

Our in-house sommelier is happy to assist with pairings from our curated wine program. If you choose to bring your own bottle, a corkage fee of $78 per bottle will apply.

For parties of 7 or more, a credit card is required to secure the reservation.

A $50 per person booking fee applies. This fee is:

  • Fully refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled dining time.

  • Not charged if the party dines as scheduled.

  • Charged if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled dining time.

For personal and non-corporate events (with no maximum per person spend) held in our Private Dining Room, the following policies apply.

Room Fee:

  • A $250 room fee applies when the Private Dining Room is specifically requested.
  • The room fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled dining time.

 

Guest Count Confirmation:

  • Minimum of (6) guests required to book.
  • Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the reservation.
  • Guests who are confirmed but do not attend will incur a $50 per person fee.

 

Room Fee Exception

The $250 Private Dining Room fee is waived for wine locker holders.

For corporate and pharmaceutical-sponsored events held in our Private Dining Room, the following policies apply. These events typically include a fixed menu and/or a per-person spending limit.

Room Fee:

For corporate-sponsored events with per-person spending limits, the Private Dining Room fee applies as follows:

  • Monday–Wednesday: $750
  • Thursday–Saturday: $1,000

**Audio-visual capabilities, including a TV for presentations, are available upon request and included with the room fee.

Cancellation & Guest Count Policy:

  • Minimum of (6) guests required to book.
  • Cancellations and any changes to guest count must be made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation.
  • The final confirmed guest count provided within 72 hours of the reservation will be the number used for billing, regardless of attendance.

Our Chef’s Kitchen accommodates up to 22 guests and may be reserved for either a Partial Evening Buyout (see seating windows below) or an All-Night Buyout. 

Partial Evening Buyout:

Chef’s Kitchen events are available during the following seating windows and require a $4,000++ minimum spend:

  • 5:00 PM — 2.5-hour maximum
  • 5:30 PM — 2-hour maximum
  • 8:00 PM or 8:30 PM — 3+ hours
 
All-Night Buyout:

Provides exclusive use of the Chef’s Kitchen for the entire evening and requires an $8,000++ minimum spend.

  • Guests may begin as early as 4:00 PM.
  • All-Night Buyouts are subject to availability and approval.
 
All Buyout Booking Requirements:
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • A $200 per person food and beverage minimum applies.
  • Deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the reservation.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the reservation.
